Paul Jorgenson

Paul is a communications and marketing specialist with interests in data visualization, design, social media and telling stories in new and innovative ways. Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Paul moved to Ottawa in 2002 to pursue his bachelor and master’s degrees in political science with specializations in Canadian politics, international relations and media studies. He has more than ten years of experience in the public and non-profit sector having previously served at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as the communications strategist responsible for settling and integrating newcomers and refugees. Before that, Paul served as a communications consultant for different Government of Canada clients including Parks Canada, Health Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada and Infrastructure Canada. Paul is passionate about the environment, politics, random trivia, shawarma and enjoys writing his own mini-biographies like this one.
